Hi everyone, I have just bought a camper and I  need to insure it. Have done a search on this forum and found lots of usefull info but some of it goes back a while.
CIL insurance co seems a popular choice but after reading their info I'm more confused.
I don't intend to do hard core tracks but will do beach and bush camping.
Rac in Perth have quoted $28 per mth for $15,ooo. Is this the going rate?
Any advice on who you are using, paying  would be of great assistance.
Thanks in advance.

I went with CIL after ringing around all the majors they were very competitively priced and
CIL was the only one that stated they insure me anywhere in the country

Cheers Cris

Thanks for your replies, looks like CIL but reading a lot of companies pds's and then comparing them does my head in big time.
But I guess there is always a broker?

Also did a lot of research when we got the second hand Eagle and signed with NRMA for an agreed value policy
All was good on the phone for the value we wanted until the bill came two weeks after and it was for a policy $3000 less than what we agreed. Another phone call and they said that we might have agreed that but they didn't, So we exercised the 30 day cooling off period right to cancell and went with CIL on agreed value with no probs
