New Server - Better Site Performance Hopefully...

Hey All,

Back on the 18th of May the forum was migrated to a new server by our host provider. Now this did cause some little issues and about 3hrs of downtime, but other wise went through without a hitch.

The forum is now on one of our hosts newest and highest performance servers with the maximum amount of available resources.  So at a guess we should see an improvement in the forum performance.

The reason we were migrated to a new server was the old one was running out of room and at 24GB Myswag was the largest user.

Wish our new work fibre optic connections (installed last week) between our 4 main centres worked as quick.  Methinks they still having teething problems.
