Hmm, Nah, not Childish, just had a gut full of officials that should be able to get it right and keep getting it wrong.
Jennings should of been put on report, not binned, He still would get a week on the sidelines at club level, and the game would of moved on, that was a momentum changing event, several other players from both side ran in and thumped a player on the other side from behind without consequence.
The officials have changed the game to something that isn't what I used to play and love.
The officials are bringing the game into disrepute.
And before anyone jumps down my neck screaming bad sportsmanship and I'm taking my bat & ball and going home, I'd love to see the boot on the other foot.
And Nate Myles getting MOTM, what a bloody joke, Brent Tate played far better. Truth be told, the Video Ref should of got Man of the Match 
There is a level of professionalism that the players are to play to, why the hell isn't there one for officials.
Inglis being award that try, I know it wouldn't have changed the out come,  it is just a very poor decision that proves the game it be coming a bad joke.
They're not Gods.
It's very rare at Club level is there a game that doesn't have a bad referring decision that doesn't change the momentum of the game.

I havent watched NRL in years.. but did last night since I blew a calf muscle yesterday avoiding gettin run down by a stoner in a SS commontaxi...

Jennings should have showed some self control and not acted in such a dog act way, then he wouldn't have been binned. i'm yet to see footage of anyone else from either team doing what he did, many ran in and grabbed and jostled with each other, non others ran in and jumped over other players and  blind sided someone else with a punch to the side of their head like Jennings did.

No......Who cares what Bill Harrigan says or doesn't say....I also read an article that Ricky Stewart said it was a try, again who gives a toss. By the letter of the law it was a try and correctly given accordingly, doesn't mean I agree with the law since they changed it........

Well, now that you really respect what Harrigan says well, he came out and stated in person on the news that it was a try iaw the new rules. The report of Harrigan stating it wasn't a try came from the blues camp, go figure.....Rest my case your honour........:-)

I remember the days when the boys used to punch each others lights out roughly every ten minutes.  It was great viewing.  They cared about the game and the warfare between states was viewable.

Nowadays there is vocal biffo over any biffo at all.  I say Bring Back The Biffo ... I loved it.  Still not sure of the rules 100% (and I've been watching it awhile now), but it's amazing what you can learn when all the blokes start getting vocal at the pub.

Alas now they have something called a Blood Rule (I'm told), where anyone bleeding must leave the field ... gonna make it hard if they do a girls version of the SOO I'd reckon.

WOW!!!! Where do I start? Thaiaday, the no punch 3rd man in. Jennings, run a country mile, sin binned dog. Robbie Farah, kicking the ball out of GI's hands,etc, etc. I am not sure what game some of you were watching, but I was watching the State of Origin on channel 9.
