I am trying to fit everyone in the huts so I need to confirm who is swagging it, roof top tent or a normal tent. This will help setting up the huts.

Many thanks.

Mark,

I know you didn't ask about CT's but I will confirm anyway. We will be towing our trusty camper trailer. Not planning to bring a tent other than the one on top of the camper  ;D

Thanks Mal

More interested in the other setups as I know the rest will have campers.

Hi Mark,

Two in the back of the truck, third will be in tent. We don't need a beach hut but would like to use the camp facilities for meals when at the top.

There is an area that is between the huts I may get some members in with roof top tents etc. I am working out who is traveling with what to make it all easy.

On the subject of swags, I was looking for a swag bag for my king single swag but was having trouble finding one big enough ( the swag has a 40mm self inflating mattress in it as well as my sleeping bag and a tarp I use as a ground cover ), my main need is to keep the dust and dirt out when traveling and moving it around, and some light rain resistance.
Looked at quite a few swag bags but none was big enough, then I found these Big Foot Bags, had seen them at the camping shop in the past but hadn't given them much of a look, they come in a few sizes and are well made and very easy to use, I bought the small version and my swag ( 1m long x 0.5m wide ) with all of it's contents fits perfectly  :cup: .

Happy camper again  , thought the info might come in handy for anyone else looking for the same.

Cheers

John are they good enough to keep the dust out when on a roof rack going to the cape?

If they are I will have to chase one up. I've been looking for something like this.

Thanks John, but I'm a couple of hundred kilometers from them. A little to far to go.
