Interesting to see 4WD Action are offering this as a bonus for subscribing. They value it at $149.00

You can buy it on Ebay for $87 with free postage.

hahahaha, but! the ebayer also claims it retails for $149.00, the question then is, how real is the RRP?

Thinking about buying one of these...is there any difference between the EMG and MSA other than the price.

Edit: Checking the spec's on both...MSA is made from 420 Denier PVC backed Nylon and EMG is made from 1680 Denier PVC coated tight woven polyester...what ever all that means, someone know their materials.

Reading up on both brands I could not see any difference apart from the price and material which I see as doing the same job so I ordered the EMG one.

We have been known to use a flannelbacked plastic table cloth as a car bra with some hundred mile an hour tape.  was effective.  Have now got an EMG car bra   cheers rellbell

I also just carry a trap and ocky straps - they are cheap, pack into a small space and have multiple of uses like putting my swag on, chucking under the truck to keep me clean etc... and the ocky straps have countless of uses...
But these Car Bra's look the part... How small of a space do they pack into?

They come in a small nylon bag, about 300 x 300 x 100mm. They fit great and more importantly it only takes a few seconds to fit them. We use a MC one and used it three or four times on our last trip.

"Denier" a term used mainly (in my experience as a sheila) for stockings.   The less denier the flimsier the material ... eg:  sheer stockings (not much denier) that you don't know we are wearing until you rub a leg with your hand OR those stockings (so much denier it's ridiculous) that look alot like leggings so there is no mistaking they are on the legs ... don't even have to have to do the rub test.

Then there is the Grant Denier which is a whole other story ... ;D
