Death Rock is located off the Quorn - Hawker road just past the Wirreanda Creek bridge. Stretch your legs and take your camera on the short 10 minute walk to the waterhole and the rock

Death Rock is a large 7 metre high quartzite rock beside a permanent spring fed waterhole. Look out for evidence of the original Ghan Railway track that passed through this way parallel to the road.
