OK, probably get ridiculed for this but...

On Sunday night I was sitting on the side of the bed resetting the alarm on the bedside alarm clock holding it in my hands in front of me when I looked over to where it normally sits to see what the time was. Doh... ???

last Friday afternoon we were swapping out some PC's at work for a refresh when the boss removed a PC and replaced it with the same one. (Not telling him I am posting this although he has a 6 month old keeping him awake at night).

Yesterday a colleague looked in the Brownbuilt cupboard for his lunch instead of the fridge.

Are we losing the plot?

Tell us your story....

We have to start thinking about what sort of a world we are going to leave for Keith Richards after we are all gone.

I am reliably informed that:

If you find yourself at a closed doorway, grasping the doorknob - and you cant remember if you are closing the door or opening the door -  then you dont have altzheimers!!

If you find yourself at a closed doorway grasping the doorknob - and you dont know what the doorknob does - then you do have altzheimers.  ???

At the moment i still know what a doorknob does, so i might be ok.  My main problem know tho is understanding manuals for anything electronic. Didnt have that problem in the Analog Age!!

Cheers.

Remember there are 10 kinds of people in the world, those who understand binary and those that don't.

The first signs of old age are, the noises you make when;

you bend over, get up, sit down.

The older you get, the louder the noises get, if you fart when you bend over, get up or sit down, you are really really old ;D

Quoteactually I thought 2 in binary was 00110010

00110010 is the binary equivalent of the 8-bit ascii text code for 2, 10 is the binary equivalent of decimal 2. Sorry to be a pain in the a$$

Many a time I have needed a tool from the wagon, and when I get out there I haven't a clue. Sometimes I have to go back inside and retrace my steps.
