If you are taking a camper you will need the following:

Spare studs and nuts

Spare bearings, split pins, castle nuts and grease

Spare Bearing cap

Spare u bolts for the axle and nuts

Spare spring if possible

Tools should include a socket set and spanners so that you can check nuts daily

Funny you should say that because I drive a NISSAN  :cup: and I towed my camper this year to the top and back and the only car I had to pull out was a TOYOTA and not just once I had to do it 5 times and he wasn't towing a trailer  so that's 5 cartons he owes me now

Talk about spare caps...I've used 5..Do you think I have a problem putting them on...Oh the fact that a bearing outer was stuffed and I couldn't get it on properly meant nothing.

Frostd, if you read this I lost another on Binns track on the way home - uurrrgggg Got to work on the technique me thinks. Catch up soon..
