Great game, I was sad when the final whistle blew would have loved it to keep going.

Either team team would have been worthy champions but its been a long time for the Red's.

The Crusaders especially Thorn, Mccall and Carter can hold their heads high but.....

Amazing how no one left straight after the game.....was a great atmosphere and game..... Tri nation next then world cup....its a great year in rugby

It was a terrific match, both teams were in it until the end. Was surprised at the number of handling errors, but these seemed even. Let's hope this is a sign of things to come with the World Cup. Remember, most of the Wallabies scrum are not from QLD, so the Aussie scrum should be solid.

Fantastic year for the reds! Hopefully now australia has some momentum into the world cup. Was the most watched event in PayTV history.

Was told the other day (havent checked how accurate it is) but to date the nation of the losing super comp has won the world cup which is good for me, as much as I love the Reds I still go for the all blacks come internationals....I will have a win win (netball doesn't count).

Not really - oz won in 99 when reds came 3rd, 2003 poms won (oz came second, kiwis won superRugby) 2007 jaapies won and won super title as well.

So by that logic when reds are the highest qualifying super rugby team we win the world cup!
