BigJules on 4WD TV today

Did anyone see 4WD TV today, specifically the recent ARB Penrith trip to Mt Walker? I was remembering the MySwag trip that BigJules lead into that area a couple of months ago, then all of a sudden there he was on the show.  A real star in the making!

You may have seen me post on PP a while ago that I had dinner with him (and about 8 others). To me he came across different and not as "abrasive" as he appears on the box. Seemed like a good bloke.

The slate/shale pit was where we learnt how to do the reverse downhill thingy and and had to go up and down again on our 4WD course. That was the course run by accredited 4WD bods.

shown how to do it and then do it.

The creek crossings we did were a lot deeper. Similar weather conditions.

The shale was incredibly slippery with all the rain.

The creek crossings we had planned to do were several meters deeper than when the trip was planned.

I missed it however I was I did drop in to ARB at Penrith today but they didnt do me a deal on the Maxtrax so off to supercheap to take advantage of their sale

Did anyone watch 4WD TV this week, Miranda got the Patrol a little too air born and smashed one of the rims and also bent the front diff. I cannot find it on the web yet but I think it is episode 281. It was one of their suspension tips, would not want to see any of the other damage done.
