Looking for a fridge/freezer and saw these on ebay.... just wondering if anyone has one and what they are like...

also quick question as well..... ebay is known for the amount of rip-offs that are on there - ie branded products that are counterfeit. Just wondering if anyone knows whether the Engels and Waecos that are there are in the main genuine articles or whether I should be buying from a bricks n mortar shop?

Cheers.

Mark.

i dare say most of the engels or waecos on there would be the genuine articles... i'm about to sell my waeco, and had a bit of a look on there yesterday and they all seem legitimate. not many for sale really.

Comments:

  • The location is given as Melbounre (can't even spell his city!) but the English suggests it originated somewhere else in Asia
  • maker is unknown
  • Shipping cost adds another chunk to the price unless you live close enough to collect

I suggest you go for a recognised brand instead.
Camping is great as long as the mattress is inner spring!
