hi i was wondering if you know whether or not the april 24 due date for issue #40 ended up happening? i have not seen the mag anywhere so i am hoping it is still on its way to the newsagent

arghh i hope the tourists didnt buy all the copies, they irritate me enough (with their yuppie language ie. butcher they pronounce boot-sha and try saying that with a posh voice!) so i hope they have stolen all the copies of the mag, just hope they came in yesterday and they were late due to public holidays!

Am waiting until Monday to check before I chase it up. Hoping its due to the holidays etc but it looks like others got theirs a week or so ago.

i always buy from a newsagent for at least 12 months before i subscribe as it means i know i wont be buying something i wont read. and as i have only just started buying this mag i'll wait before jumping in.

i would have had my own copy but as i went away for easter to escape the city tourists that flood the peninsula where i live i missed out. and before you tell me to get them to put one away, i personally wouldnt rely on them to do that as i would end up with womans day or something like that.

at the end of the day if ive missed out then ive missed out. i will get over it

soooooo

i was in a nearby town doing our weekly shop (due to the treatment of my wife while she worked at the local foodland i refuse to go there) i wandered into the newsagent just in case, and bang! there was a heap of magazines. i shoulda guessed this would be the case coz this town, whilst very large is nothing to want to go visit, would have been nearly deserted over the easter break. so i now have my copy of the mag. thanks to all who posted
