Old Croc The fridge on 12v will be set 1 place higher than on 240V .
I Iike my beer cold so I run on 12v at 2.5 or 3 setting , as I said on 240V on the gen set its almost too cold but good

OC We must be careful we are delving into a strange place here  8) To discuss Batt life  on the Non electrical thread . The use & operation of fridges & the brands of same . This could start a real " Hit the Fan " type of thread in the wrong place
BUGGER EM !
My Engels will run on my 120 deepe 1 on chill & 1 as freezer for 2 days in summer . After that it gets very sad . Then it needs a good drive around to charge the system or dare I say it Solar . Yes I said it  ;D & in the wrong polace to . This will drive them nutts

Thanks again Speewa for your knowledge that's given me a base line to work with and know what to expect I've never had a fridge before in the 4b just a esky has done the job camping in the past so I've joined the 21 century and got one before heading up to the Kimbleys in 3 weeks might need it up there, will be right now I'll figure the rest out on the road.
Cheers Old Croc

Bugger there on to me  ;D
OC try to make the fridge work at its best during the day , to prolong you bpowre in the batt turn it off at night .   Be very careful not to flatten the crank batt as if you have a rig computer your really stuffed then . The rig could go into limp mode ,,,, you really dont want to know about that
