Found it here http://www.hyway-store.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=83982, but not that cheap.  Then again, better than putting chemicals on your body ...

We use the 240 Volt house tabs in them(Mortein), Don't know if it recommended, but they work.
I believe it is a Masking agent. It hides you from the Mozzie.
You don't use magic to disappear, all you need is a 4wd & a Swag ;)

if you don't want to take the B complex it is only the B3 that you need

Maîneÿ . . .

I've been using Megga B, the ones with zink, magnesium and vitamin C inclusive.

I went fishing in a creek with 2 x other guys in the boat, they were being bitten so bad we had to move off shore, I did not get attacked at all  ;D

You have to start using them some weeks before you go away, so they are in your system.

Back in the 80's, I spent months in NT and just wore long sleeves and pants with citronella on all bare skin,. Don't forget the ears.
As someone who loves going bush, I wasn't keen on ever going back to NT as all the night time sound I ever heard was mossies buzzing.

Hi All,

I have found the supplier of the mozzie zapper.

www.sterminio.com.au

My little boy gets bitten all the time, then scratches them until they bleed, found these units the best way to stop him from getting bitten in his sleep and the wife stressing me out.

That web-site even has Hairs's quote from here on it. This Myswag thing is going viral!!

Thanks for the tip on the vitamin 'B'. I don't get bitten a lot but when the mossies are thick there is nothing anyone can do but whack on repellant. Only one problem for me is the DEET. I can't use it for any more than about 3 applications.

So I have made my own repellant 50/50 mix of baby oil and dettol in a 500ml spray bottle. does not come off in water easier than most repellant's but it does sweat off easier. You need to apply more reguarly but it works for me.

Can double up if in need of a massage too ;D
I hvae tlruobe wtih selplnig and dxsyliea. NOW I'TS YUOR TRUN!

Anything with DEET in it. As allready indicated, the long term use of DEET could be potentially dangerous but long term in my view is years. I reckon it is better to use DEET for a few months, then getting a tropical disease.

Also lots of Mortein coils, and citrenella lanterns in the morning and evening.

Something people use, which is effectivea mixture of dettol with baby oil, a lot of people swear by it. I am not sure why dettol, as I think the main ingrediant that works is the baby oil, as it puts an extra layer on your skin. Personally I dont like smelling like a toilet, so I go for the DEET.

tip dont set teh mozzie zapper up near the tent put it 10-20ft away why attract them to you to begin with

and with the deet wear long sleev shirts and pants and put the deet on the clothing not yourself

Tip 2 - if you are using an insect zapper that is based on light to attract insects, it won't work on the female mozzies which are (apparently) the ones that bite. The instructions for a light based insect attracting zapper I bought said it only attracts the male mozzies, but used long term disrupts the breeding cycle. (Not useful during camping trips)

Our 2 daughters get bitten rather badly aswell.  We use tropical strength OFF! We also spray a perimeter around the camper, on the ground with a mist of green Listerine, which keeps them away from the doors and windows.

More of a first aid application but damp panadol turned into a paste removes the itch and then the scratch,.

Moisten panadol with water, and spread on bite.  acts like a antihistamine
But preferring prevention I like bushmans

I suffer badly with the mosquitoes but I have found that taking Berocca realy helps.
I take them a week before I go away and find they do job well also helps in the morning if I had too much to drink the night before. cheers

Our two 'white' kids react badly to mozzies so we give them extra vitamin B and a zirtec tablet (1/2 for the 5yo) each day.  Long loose fitting clothes and get them inside the tent once dusk approaches.

The two 'black' kids dont get bit at all.

Racist mozzies.  Who'd of thought it.

My youngest lives on vegemite and still gets smashed by the mozzies.I found the same with OFF when i used it, sent it back to the manufacturer and got a refund, only real way is to try them all and find out which works for you,
PS I use Aeroguard or anything with DEET in an aerosol to remove graffiti works a treat on permanant marker. makes it hard to use when you see what it does to graffiti.
