Outstanding customer service - Trackabout

Hi all

I had posted in a different section about how I had put a small tear in my Trackabout tent. Dave from Trackabout contacted me and said to drop the camper off and they would fix it for me - for free!!

Have a look at the pics below to see how good a job the guys did.

What is great about this is that I didn't even buy the camper from them, I have a second hand 2009 model built by previous owners so I suppose they are proud of the name and reputation the campers have and wanted to keep it that way.

Not only that, he also replaced the broken caps off the two 12V plugs at the rear of the trailer which I hadn't mentioned so kudos for that too.

So thanks Dave at Trackabout, great work, I am a very "happy camper" and even prouder Trackabout owner.

Yep , good stuff........... it's beause of this type of thing i have no issues what so ever of recommending Trackabout Campers to anyone looking for a camper...... actually i'm doing a bit of sales work on one of my workmates at the moment, reckon i've almost got him convinced on which brand to take a good hard look at!!.............

Its a no brainer really !!!!

Trackabout do a $50 fix....get plenty of kudos....and if it leads to just one extra sale, then they are laughing !!

A pity some other companies don't see it the same way............look after your brand, stay in business, make more money !!!
