That's sort of funny. I've seen that twice my self and the first time was a internet order and it turned up like that for our local pre-school. The help desk actually told us to do what you suggested and - there you go... Good stuff Bird :cheers:

Years ago I bought a new PC. It would randomly restart itself.....very annoying when you lose an hour or so of work.
I took it back to the shop. He didn't believe me, until it did it in front of him. Replaced the ram, and all good.
