We have to start thinking about what sort of a world we are going to leave for Keith Richards after we are all gone.

Yep, gonna have to put Faith on before it gets to late. My garage system will easily punch out 110db, more with more beer.😁

I dropped into the local Salvation Army shop last week on one of my regular visits.  I am usually looking for old furniture or books but you never know what you will find in those places.  This time I walked out with three LP records for $1.  I think they are the first vinyl records that I have bought since the 1970s.  Two were Mitch Miller from the TV show "Sing Along With Mitch" and the third was
Luciano Pavarotti and Joan Sutherland.

I think I am showing my age now.  Mitch bought back a lot of memories.  I think from memory that show knocked the Untouchables off the number one ratings spot in the US when it was released in about 1959.  As for Luciano and Joan, the voices were incredible but I haven't the faintest idea what they were singing about.

The next time I crank up the old turntable I think it will be back to J. O'K and the boy from Tupelo.  But then it could be time to give my grandparent's old gramophone another run.  The record with the least number of scratches on it in the collection that I got from them is this one  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDpsW1yL6kA&list=PL2AC5C1549E4D9902

I think my so called "genius" playlist is on crack. It just played Pearl Jam Alive, then add it up by the femmes, pause for light the crack pipe, then Ice Ice Baby. Wtf. Not enough beer for therapy.

All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.
