Turned the new central heating unit on for the first time this year, after the old unit went for a swim in December and we had insurance pay for the new one

We have just started another front of rain    & in the background the grain farmers  are starting to smile  . There a large rumble in the machinery shed as tractors are dusted off . There have been a lot of boys sitting on SodBusters in readiness for the Autumn rain break .

Bloody hell the cyclone season must be coming to an end,  it appears their surfacing from under the water . Apart from one storm that lasted a day we have had beautiful weather and no rain for the last five months and not a word from up north, now we gotta put up with em telling us how Shit our weather is for the next seven or so months until they cop it again and go quiet for a while

Believe it or not, that's actually a kind of serious comment.
They're expecting some serious rain over northern NSW / SEQ in the coming days. All signs so far are pointing towards a possible flooding event in the usual low lying areas.
Not sure how quick you plan on getting up past Sydney, but worth keeping an eye on things.

No worries there mate. Good ol' NQ boy here, grew up on VB and Bundy rum.
Wasn't until I moved too close to Brissy that I got soft and started drinking Mid Strengths. My brother is still up there and still smashing down the green cans.
