Hey Greg

Good luck getting through tomorrow. Just go with the flow mate.
I will be there in spirit and I am sure a lot of swaggers will be.

Agree with Vicandug - just go with the flow. Everyone needs to grieve (as well as yourself ) but you are also there to celebrate her life and the person she was. I am sure there were a lot of goodtimes and laughs and you are a better person for having had her in your life. You still have some tough times ahead mate but Time is a great healer and eventually you will come out of the fog with the help of a good support network and Swaggers. Also recommend the drive , firewood and port when you're ready.

Strength for tomorrow

Thank you to everyone for there condolences and especially everyone's support over the past 2.5 years.

Yes it has been a tough battle and unfortunately the tough times aren't over and never will be. They just become easier to deal with.

I would love to get out camping with a bunch of swaggers but unfortunately I can't bring myself to going as it will bring back far too many memories. I realise there will be alot of firsts for sometime, but all I'm doing at present is slowly putting 1 foot in front of the other. While I'm doing this atleast I'm still moving from.

So if anyone is interested in going camping soon, let me know and we can organise it.

But once again from the bottom of my heart, I cant thank this forum enough for the support I've been given.

Yours Sincerely
Greg and i know Ranae would be thankful too.

I'd be even happy to chip in some $$ for the flights to get you down to the high country

Me too mate, I'll chip in. I've got a really close work mate that's going through the same ordeal as you & it's heartbreaking. Sometimes a trip away to escape reality is the best thing, just a post on here or a pm & I'm happy to put a 50 in to get you down there.
