I reckon for 7 nights then 2 x 24 stubbies plus a bourbon and a few cokes.  That gives me 7 beers an evening plus a burb or two.  Wife takes about 6 bottles of wine.

If it was a blokes week then probably 3 x 24.    I like to have room for food and fishing gear.

Only you know how much you drink per day, so just work out how many beers you drink per day whilst camping with the family and you have your answer.
When we camp I like to have 5 or 6 beers and then start on the bundys. The problem is so does the missus but she also wants bubbles and a few reds as well. In winter we like to take a port with us as well.
