Just received a call from my best mate, his father (67) had a heart attack and passed away this morning.

Our deepest condolences go to Lance and his family. Such a terrible time for all. I can't imagine what they must be going through right now.

Like most of the FNQ crew, we've had the pleasure of camping with Lance and Marg before. She'll be sadly missed by all who knew her. Nothing I write is able to properly capture the respect and fondness I have for Marg, so I'll just leave it at that.

Lance and all his family are firmly in our thoughts during this very difficult time.

The tears are rolling down my face  as I read your messages of support.. It is a wonderful group to be part of but unfortunately the last 12 months has seen us confined pretty much to home. Marg told me that when she has gone to get out there and do it like we used to and with my beautiful grandchildren - That I will do.
