Very handy when you have a little one in nappies.

We have the same. Has got a good workout over the last 4 weeks. Seems to be holding up well.

I use the original Australian made Southern Cross Canvas bag that the other brands get cheap copies made of in China, and stick their badge on it.

I wanted one bigger than most of the regular ones. So we made our own. Its about double the size of most bags

Supercheap one for us, cost $35.00 and works well, junk the adjustable strap and use occy straps. :cup:

We had an MSA bag, straps broke and dumped 4 sets of muddy blundstones over 100k's of the Earnest Giles Rd >:(. Lucky my mate was following behind picking them up. :cup:

Cheers Mike

Love your axe holder! Where did you get it?
My plan is to live forever......so far, so good!

MDS69

we had one of those Ridge Ryder bags and on the first trip the zipper on the arse busted open and dumped all of our rubbish on the QAA Line. For the blacktop thet would be OK but off road with corrugations and washouts etc they are no good IMO.

qlddsl

We have a rydge rider from SCA, under $40. Couldn't justify spending more for something to put rubbish in
if i dont need 4wd, i ain't going!!!

Flighty (WA)

Got 2 x Bushranger's good quality but a pain in the butt to fit.
Had em bout 3 years now and just hose em out after each trip, and hang up ready for next time, still use a bin liner in em though.

Cheap Ridge Ryder.
About 3 years now, and has given no problems.

Still got my bushranger after many many trips, and as good as the day I got it

Another super cheap ridge Ryder. Fits over a 285/75/16 muddie  and still works after hauling my rubbish all over cape York. When on sale for $20 you can't go wrong. Bottom zip was a little stiff from red dust but hose and spray of lanox fixed that.

Super Cheap Ridge Ryder just used it for the French and QAA line used a cable tie to ensue the bottom zips didn't open. Worked well won't spend more

Worked well won't spend more

This is probably the right ideal.
Its a garbage bag/firewood bag/muddy stuff bag.

I wouldnt spend too much either
Why do people ask "What the hell were you thinking?"
Obviously I was thinking I was going to get away with it and not have to explain it....

Turbojohn

I bought one of the super cheap ones. Wont fit the car 315/75/16! Fits on the camper but obscures the number plate which is mounted on the spare tyre  :-[  so it can onlu be used when stationary.  Well planned purchase that one.

gclan

I think ours is MSA too. I can't figure out how to fit it either(that's hubby's domain), but it's put up with a hell of a beating and still hangs on ;D

Haven't looked at any others so I can't comment on how it compares.

That photo makes it look really tiny but it does hold quite a bit when full.

I updated to an MSA bag as the Ridge Ryder was too low and setting off the rear sensors. What a PTIA to fit, must be designed for a Nissan. Overall it is good quality but the zips are hard enough to close new let alone when they get dust and crap on them.
