Pretty hard when i'm mowing, to use a mossie coil though.

I could gaffa tape it to my hat.....hmmmm

How about getting the Misses to walk in front  >:D to be eaten so that they leave you alone -- It's amazing how some people are more attractive to the bugs than others.

I've tried mowing my old sunshine coast acreage full of ink....

I was up about 10 or more Jacks and Coke and the result was i had to tow the mower back out of a ditch.

So i can't see my clients here being happy with rose beds mowed and crop circles in the lawns.

Bushmans is great but I use "Avon - Bug Guard" when mowing etc...It provides good cover PLUS 30+ sun protection and does not leave the skin sticky etc

I have been working out on the mines recently and an older driller offered me some of what he called "horses arse cream".
I tried some and it was white cream that had a VICKS like smell, one application lasted all day and had no flys on my face at all.
When I got home my missus went in search and found it a rural supplies outlet through a horse owner freind. Havent got the name at the moent but will find it if anyone is interested

Yes please. I've been called a horse's arse before, so might as well try the cream.

To keep mozzies and midgies away i tend to go for Vanilla Mozzie and the other half uses RID. We also burn alot of mozzie coils at home i also throw a oil burner on with a few drops of sandlewood in the water and that seems to keep them down.
