Glad it was just the car, could have been worse.

We used to put our family ski boat in on Lake Hume back in the late seventies, I guess the boat ramp(s) are different now but we used a 20 metre length of steel cable between the trailer and the car as the trailer needed to go right in (clinker skiboat with 351 Cleveland, a very heavy motor). Also the car was an XB GT sedan, so my old man wasn't taking any chances on losing it to the water!

Probably needed a wash anyway . lf its only a truck that got it that's really no biggy . Plenty more out there but People that's another thing .  Buy her " Flotties  " for Xmas
