I'm looking at the 60L with our family of four. Is this too big or big enough. I've previously used a 39L which was too small for drinks and food.

Also is the current draw on the 60L much more than the 47L?

I have a 60 litre and sure its quite big but recently when camping for a week we still had to use an esky for a few days till other supplies thinned out and then the esky was put away
Set it on -1 and never missed a beat...I dont think it uses much more amps

We have the 78L & it's only just big enough for our family of four. I absolutely love it. Favorite piece of camping equipment by far.
