Your "feedin" consists of 2x poppa juice, 2 apples, and a pickled ham sandwich it was last time I did it.. And they tried to stop you jumping the fence for a squirt or to go to the shop for a hot coffee

Just saw the video and the press conferance today.
They tried CPR for 45 minutes before he was declared death.

A very talented driver who will be missed.

The ambulance could not actually get onto the track where he went down, so the marshalls stretchered him to the ambulance and had to manhandle the stretcher over the fence.

They also dropped him on the way to the fence according to spectators... one of them could not keep up and let go, and down he went. Disgusting. There is a photo of it happening and I'm sure footage will surface soon enough.Marshalls are volunteers, but at this level I think it's time Dorna dipped into their profits and paid for some sort of formalised training for all GP marshalls.

Worth noting that the Sepang track managment had already been fined 15,000 euros on the Friday for poor marshalling practices...

here is a link showing them dropping the stretcher. Apparently his father was at the fence around 10m away and said that even though they dropped him it made no difference as he reckons he was already dead.

Don't want to sound gory but the video looks like he tried to save it with his elbow but a couple of seconds after got his throttle hand trapped.
Either that or the bike still turning in stopped him from getting away
The force of the hit from Edwards/Rossi would have pulled the helmet strap through the D rings
either way a very freakish and rare accident
poor bugger, heart goes out, the footage of his girlfriend freaking out in the pits was uncalled for, made the race coverage look like a Murdoch newspaper
