Just had a look the CFA site there a bit going on a few grass fires all ready

Lot's of activity on the scanner too - the call out you heard was Glenburn rd Kinglake, house fuse box fire, tree down now and SES being called.

They stopped calling them 'controlled burns' here in the West, 'cos normally lost control. Now they are 'fuel reduction burns'
