Wartim I think you may find that those stories are not actually true.

Some of the warnings that you read remind me of a character in the book So long and thanks for all the fish from the hitchhikers series Wonko the Sane aka John Watson.

When John saw instructions on how to use a toothpick on a packet of toothpicks he became convinced that the world had gone mad and started calling himself Wonko the Sane because only truley insane people would need instructions on how to use a toothpick!
