Do you mean a HQ LS two door Shane ... HK  coupe  Monaro ?  .. or was it a factory prototype, HK Would look good in a tudor style ... found this Brouham styled one .

Most Monaro owners are a bunch ####wits in my opinion. Mine's a Kingswood Coupe,   

First thing they do is look at the ID tags, if it has the correct this, correct that, etc, etc. they don't like it when I tell them it's nothing more than a 2 door Kingswood

always wanted an RX3, but the bankstown and Lebkemba *CREWS* have cornered the market on those, and any that aren't in those areas soon go missing.

For me it's a 2004 CV8 Monaro. Had a bit of work done, was a great car but once we started having kids I let it go. The second owner ran it off the road and it never looked the same IMHO..

My most favourite car ever was the MkI Austin Healey Sprite (the frog-eyed one) that I owned between 1970 and 1973 - never before or since have I driven anything that gave me more sheer pleasure.  948cc 4cyl twin carb motor, but who cared about power, the steering and handling was so different from anything else available at the time in my price range!
