rock band names

Hi guys

Ive joined a new band , were a 3 piece classic rock band and play anything from pink Floyd to Aussie crawl... inxs ... Joe Walsh sort of stuff .70s-80s ish

where going through the stage now where we cant decide on a name for the band .

any suggestions .

suggestions so far ... brass monkey .... black sheep .... train wreck .

any ideas ?

oh and we will be coming to a town [ pub] near u [nsw ]so ill keep u all posted .

Craig...there's a club in Cronulla called The Brass Monkey, so I don't think you want to use that name as you probably shouldn't use the name a club has. (its a great venue too, so you might want to play there one day! We recently saw the Feral Swing Cats and The Wild play there.)

I love Aussie Crawl and INXS...hope you guys do these great Aussie bands proud!

yeah ive played at the brass monkey in cronulla its a fantastic little venue   there is or was a band doing the rounds years ago called brass monkey which is why it got rejected .

oh and i suggested ... dont tear it down ... spy vs spy .... today to them. thats the sort of puchy stuff where doing

Blox is actually back in the country, lives in Newcastle now, and works as a Chef at the Horsepiddle up there. but has 100% ruled out a comeback in an email I got from him...

Blox is actually back in the country, lives in Newcastle now, and works as a Chef at the Horsepiddle up there. but has 100% ruled out a comeback in an email I got from him...

i saw them in jindabyne in the 90,s and they played hard back then as well . i think they were from stockton could be wrong on that one .
just watched .. dont tear it down on utube   its right up our alley ... good aussie rock with heaps of energy .
cant wait to do our first gig which is booked but i cant remember where lololol its a few months away so no dramas .

Gibbo used to have Live bands out at the Shacks out Boat Harbour.
Its a great venue!! Now theres an idea... Quick run round to Northies at Cronulla for more beer!!!

yea, it turned into a Shithole once they tried to make it trendy... nothing better than the 80's going up there straight from the beach in thongs, boardies and singlet for a session....

I miss the old Workers Club personally with Sean out the front with his hotdog stand! Work usually puts me up at Rydges n I head back out to the Nell to see some old mates
