EOI … Who wants to ride Gunshot … I mean Shotgun ?

The plan was to do the Cape with a mate and catch a few Barra and at the same time meeting up with the MySwag group during their OTL sections and be used as a support vehicle (we were going to swag it and thus no camper) I suspect this years trip is going to be one to remember ... no doubt there is going to be a few recoveries needed

Unfortunately Bugone aka "Etch A sketch Man" has just bought a new property and the settlement date has blown out to right when were supposed to be drinking beer and fishing. Obviously SWMBO has put her foot down and said there is no way he can be away during this time and fair enough. So I would still like to do the trip but am in 2 minds so I thought I might throw out the offer to other like minded MySwagers who might be interested in riding shotgun and see if it's still feasible for me to do the Cape this year.

So the plan would be leave Brisbane around the 22nd June 2011 (perhaps even with some fellow MySwagers) and aim to return around the 13th July 2011 depending on requirements / weather.

All I expect is to share a few laughs and good conversation over a few beers and to split the cost of fuel and accommodation 50 50. A good idea of basic recovery techniques would be nice as I think we may be doing a few. Also if you fish I am shore we could squeeze a couple of sessions in.
