Brand new swan. Nasty to tow.

As as follow up to the previous post, I bought a Secure-A-Hitch (actually the whole tongue with the locking mechanism fitted) from Rock Tamer at the Caulfield show a few weeks ago.  The standard Mitzibishi tongue was very loose in the receiver (mostly due to the pin holes having enlarged) and the Secure-A-Hitch works well, by locking the tongue into the receiver.  As usual, no association, just a satisfied customer.

I also had that problem when i first got mine and it was pretty bad. I initially thought it was the tongue as it does not have a tensioning nut and there is a fair bit of slack. I fitted some airbags to the rear and heavier springs and problem solved  :cup:
Since fitting new shocks it tows smoother again ;D
