Pole Toppers

Hi all,

I'm in need of something to sit on top of our Big Foot tent pole that will clap on and hold a tarp down. The spigot is not threaded. I "might" be able to use a rope, but ideally we'd have some small gadget that can sit on top and do the job instead.

Any ideas?
