Just move from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne (Sunbury) and with winter approach, want to know from locals if I need to add anti-freeze to my Landcruiser 76 fluids. I use to do that when I lived in Bloemfontein in South Africa.
My Cruiser is parked under a carport at night.
Change is good, so smile and enjoy life!

It should have proper coolant whenever you live.

Normal modern radiator coolant will have anti freeze ingredients already in it

One thing you do have to consider in victoria if you go to the snow or high country in winter you will need to get some alpine diesel as normal diesel will wax at low temperatures preventing starting

Alpine diesel replaces regular diesel during the cooler months in the regional towns approaching the High Country areas, so it is readily available. Just fuel up when in the area.
