James Baroud Rooftop Tent

Has anyone found an easier way to package up their Baroud Rooftop tent from the ground? I have changed the struts to a set that require less effort still hard to fold up??? Wife and I use ratchet straps to pull it closed ATM.... Works for now but would rather do something as a permanent fix..... have heard there are motorised conversions but cannot seem to find one? Looking for some help here guys please???
