well i needed to get the Med supplies sorted for the Kimberley trip, Ive had a tackle box for the boat 4x4 for years which i stock as I go and a high hemorage/truma set that i have also had for a while, but needed some normal ready to go kits. did the myswag research and found the guy who was doing kits is closed so ended up with these

They are very good value IMHO and only needed things like antiseptic and a betadine plus a few extra band aids and some pain killers. all in all very happy with them.

1 for the camper and 1 for my day pack , my tackle box/truma pack stays with the car .

Just thought I'd share some recent feedback

Fairdinkum, our first aid kit is about a quarter of that and I wouldn't have a clue what's in it or how to use it. Always carry an eye bath though.

Is anyone on here local, qualified or experienced enough to do a group first aid course. Something I should do, it's on my list.

So many people in the same situation.

Honestly just cough up the $ and do one.

Snapman, in your area there would be a course run nearly every day. If you can't afford 2 days off of work, most organizations now do Apply First Aid as a single day with some online pre-course study.

The way I look at it is, how would I feel if it were my family in need and I didn't know what to do?

Most companies would still be under $200 for the course and only needs to be renewed every 3 years, but recommended you do a CPR refresher each year.

Don't put it off any longer!
