Ecopot fantastic service

So while I was away in cairns the step daughters boyfriend smashed the glass on my brand new eco heat induction cooktop.
I finaly got around to calling them and was met by a realy enthusiastic and helpful woman on the phone.
She said it won't be covered under warranty but if you send it in well see what we can do.
So a few days later I call them and she informed me that it was ready and that it would be 10 bucks and free return postage!
So I got a padded bag to keep it in and a insulated bag for the ecopot and 2 days later it's on my doorstep for 50 bucks all up.
I've found the ecopot a brilliant bit of kit but thier customer service is second to none..
Highly recommended A++
