Had to put our 11 yr old border collie cross down today.
Half her heart was covered in cancer and spread to her lungs.

Oh Wiggo she looked a beautiful girl our pets especially our dogs are everything to us they are family.  Our thoughts are with you at such a sad time.  I am sure Bella is at the rainbow bridge waiting for you with Dash (heeler/staffy x lost last year to snake).  I had posted this and came back and modified to say Dash is the blue dog with the patch in my photo.  Still miss her.

Feel you pain. We had our two dogs go within 8 months of each other. Both 14 years old & nothing but loyal, faithfull, loving mateship. Our catlle cross & pound puppy, Tassie, went first with cancer & then our pure bred staffy, Kasey. No good at all. Even though they had the best of evreything & wanted for nothing, I still felt like we had failed them somehow by not being able to save them.

Sorry for your lose mate.

We have buried three of our family Beau, Wuss and Shep.  Yesterday we had to take the now, old boy, Quinn to the vets, we found a paralysis tick on him and with his age this one hit him.  Thought might have lost him but the Vet just rang to say we can pick him up tomorrow.  Hopefully that will pick the family up again esp the young boy, Burnu.
