It's a wrecking yard and panel shop, 3 bedroom house in a small town (great for kids, our kids come home when the street lights come on). Slowly getting all the assets listed, but there's a few sheds, spray booth, shipping containers, crane truck plus car trailer, forklift, range of after market stock, a few old restorable holden's and ford's, 2 1/2 acres of land for the business, 1/2acre for the house. Oh and there is about 100 tonnes of scrap metal which we are getting a price on which we'll sell as well. We want $165K for the lot. If the kids keep annoying us might even throw them in as a bonus
