Another Wimmers fan, it's the only sars I'll drink.
Sars spiders are the best, nothing beats it on a hot summers day!
Showing the grey nomads how it's done :-D

Swmbo grew up on Sars spiders from Bells milk bar in Broken Hill. She loves the stuff, but personally I think it tastes like crap :)

QuoteThe ingenious crew at the Bundaberg Distilling Company have joined forces with Bundaberg Brewed Drinks to create a range of Bundaberg Rum mixers that will capture the hearts and minds of all rum lovers. The Smooth & Shifty is a unique blend of the ultra-smooth Bundaberg Red Rum and brewed Sarsparilla from Bundaberg Brewed Drinks. This wonderful combination first releases a super-smooth taste courtesy of the Bundy Red which is then followed up with a Sars kick on the back palate to truly refresh.

I started this thread for a bit of a giggle, now I'm going to try and get my hands on some of the suggested brews. And if I have to travel to get there, well I've got accommodation for the trip sorted out.

Its been a long time since I've been to Echuca, I feel a trip may need to be planned.

I don't mind a drop of this ...,

Weird........Wimmers is local to Cooroy......but my local seems to stock Bickford......which I like anyway, but you would think they'd sell the local one too.

Being Bundy born and bred, the Bundy Sars gets my vote.  Cockroach juice my old man used to call it.  Was trying to discourage us kids from drinking so much of it.

Bundy rum and Sars (any brand). Discovered it many years ago at none other than the Bundy distillery itself.
