Okay ... Enough  I've a folding dunbier trailer I want to mount to the ct. I don't have enough room on the draw bar so options are
1. Mount to the boat rack (on the side, top or front/back)
2 tow ball receiver on the back to the ct (used for recovery shackles or bike rack)

Thoughts or suggestions?

Hi mate, what sort of CT do you have?

Perhaps you can have it mounted on the back and still keep the rack for the bikes.
