Hell of an introduction mate, hope this works out for you.

I agree with quite a few points above:
210kg ball weight sounds too much, and so if you're making decisions on a new vehicle it is worth checking. Any local weigh bridge will do it for $nix-10.
The new dual cabs are as big as a Cruiser these days. The Ranger looks massive when I follow one.

If you haven't already, post a pic or two of your camper and maybe from that we could offer some ideas about weight distribution etc.

Here's a couple of pics of when we first put it up and a few for the second time we put it up which is a lot straighter!! We have traded our car in and pourchased a Nissan Navara. 2007 model with 38,000 on the clock. Hope the pics work.
