Just returned from another weekend in the hawk ;D

Noticed a few cuts / tears in the flymesh windows :'(

Am wondering whether to have it repaired or replaced?
Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions.

Im in North west Sydney so if anone knows anywhere or anyone who can do it please le me know.
Also if some else has repaired or replaced the screens how do you do it?

Thanks
Brian

Which screens are you talking about?
If it is the end screens, I had on a previous jayco style camper the screens held in with velcro, if one got torn I could pull it out and replace it with a spare.
If it is the side screens I recall an iron on fly screen repair. If you are like me you may need to ask the wife where  the iron is kept (funny thing I thought it was the tool for heating and setting laminex ???).

She still hasn't thrown it at me. ;D ;D ;D

I-ron.......

Is that the latest apple thingymijig???

I'm hearing you!!!!!!!!!

Its all the fly mesh around the jayco.

Slowly one by one we are getting little tears and rips.
I think I may have a dodgy batch as we do take care of it.
That said we do have little tin lids, but I really don't think its them.

Perhaps its just overuse.
Weve spent more weekends in the Jayco than we have at home since we bought it. (Not a bad thing!!!)

I was kind of hoping to be able to replace or repair it somehow without having to remove the whole shebang.
It would be good if someone has allready done it and save my sorry lazy behind doing a lot of research and getting it wrong twice before working it out which seems to happen a lot lately :-[ :-[ :-[
