DEFINITE DATES:

After taking into consideration each states school and public holidays it had been decided that the 2011 MySwag National Meet will be held from Friday 30th Sept - Tuesday 4th October, 2011.

We have set these dates early to give people ample time to work their schedules, holidays, and travelling routes around them.

We are hoping to get as many myswaggers as possible from all over Australia!!

That looks like a great spot for the gathering.
I think the portable loos and showers are a good idea with so many likely to come.
It is important that none of the organizers or rodeo2002 finish up out of pocket for this.
Come up with a fee that you are sure will cover all expenses and collect in advance.

That time of year is usually the annual Jamestown Races and Show weekend, with the races on Saturday and Show on Monday.

This year for example the races are on 2 Oct and the show is on 4 Oct 2010.

it is West of the RM Williams Hwy between Jamestown and Orroroo where the Peterborough road joins. It is all blacktop except for the last 5km approx.

Yes you are correct I had forgotten that the show and races will be on over the long weekend.
