Jayco Swan Recall

Haven't even used it yet and got a letter from Jayco stating a recall Ref JC0030.

A problem with Jayco Swan  with chassis numbers N13048 to N13579 with the 240v electrical inlet socket stating "the wiring may have been effected by the roof lifter cables and should the insulation be worn through it may activate the electrical safety switch".

The seem to have no quality control at the factory or the after sales service centre.

I would argue that this shows that they have an auditable process that works and arent afraid of putting out recalls. Mind you this is safety related and their is little choice.

Not defending their QC or lack thereof but at least they fix it.
