Does anyone know if fires are permitted at Elanda Point?  this place:  www.elanda.com.au

Fires are not allowed at Elanda. I am not sure if fires are allowed down the road at Boreen Point but you'd have a better chance there. Elanda is within the National Park boundary so falls under the blanket fire ban in the National Park.
