CT18 to clean and then Ct20 to clean a bit more but leave a wax coating?

Sorry, I only use it on the undercarriage as I prefer McGuires on the actual body work.

I use to be able to buy the container that allows the garden hose to attach to the containers lid and it would allow you to spray it on.

Was great as it would remove all dirt stains.

I don't know, it cleans but it's not good for paint work! Get something that has the wax treatment in it. I use Koala Care product for my vehicles and it's biodegradable, so it's safe for the environment. Use CT 20 instead, it has the wax product in it. If you don't care if you have too polish your cars every few weeks, use CT18 but you won't find it in any big fleet operator yards.

I mix ct 18 up in a 10 litre sprayer - about 1/2 cup in water. Everything I own has been washed in it for 20+ years. Just spray on and let it sit as long as you like then gerni or wash off. You can't use ct20 like that because the wax will set the mud and it makes a hell of a mess. 20 needs to stay wet which is fine if you like to wash undercover or at night but I like to wash the gear and get it away when I want.
For washing down houses etc add 1/4 cup of bleach as well.
I use turtle wax express shine for wax. Just spray and wipe - no white residue or mess and 100% better than any wash and wax product.

One of the blokes when I was drivin for Rapid Transport out of Aire Liquid Yennora back in ~91 took some home to wash his new car with as he'd used it on his old falling apart rusting Shitheap HQ wagon.. but with the new car, it took all the luster out of the paint LOL!

i've used CT18 for a while now as well, and haven't noticed any damage to paintwork or wax coatings.

according to the website, it is PH neutral and biodegradable, so would be curious to know what is actually causing the damage:

x2, use a small amount in a bucket, wash a section of the car, hose off quickly and don't let it dry. All I have ever used on the Prado and the paint is as good as the day I took delivery almost 8 years ago, except for the stone chips and bush pin stripes.

We use it work to wash cement clinker dust off the site vehicles.

CT18 is great, for a dirty car or van (or truck) I have to use it every morning, on trucks and cars etc. never seen a problem with it. I also use CT18 at home, then use CT20 afterwards, but thats on my own car,
