Sort of, I found that most of the DC pumps are from the same Chinese maker, even though the folk say they are not, there is one pump which is a bit more expensive, but has the better setup with the controller and can take the higher voltage up to 110 from the panels.
My hurdle, a rather large one, is lack of roof space for the panels. I need to build a suitable frame for them to go up over my garage which is a long free span type flat roof.
Sadly not much has happened there as yet.
