Holiday house noosa with private jetty?

Hey all slightly off topic not talking camping in this one decided we want to rent a holiday home up noosa way with private jetty so we can more then tinny up and chase a few crabs and lizards in the creek.  Has anyone here stayed up noosa/Noosaville or noosa sound with this type of setup?  If so has to be minimum 3 bedrooms and fenced because we want to bring the dogs with us also.
Any recommendations would be great from anybody who has stayed up there.
