Post here if swmbo's a lucky lady

In my case, today she's been married to me for 33years, plus 2 as friends = 35years. At least she can say life's not been boring;D

The punter

She has a different way of looking at things than I do, when it comes to mods, she generally has better ideas.

We have been together for 37 years & she has been correct for 36 years & 10 months ;D
I also get the underlying feeling that everyone in my family like her more than they like me.
No idea why ???

... she has grown to love camping and 4wding as much as me...   :cup:
You get out and in to the world -- you take more @#&$. ...You climb a little higher, ..you take less @#&$.  ...Till one day -- you're up in the rarefied atmosphere -- and you've forgotten what @#&$ even looks like....  Welcome to the layer cake son.

She is a very lucky lady indeed.
She gets to........

Camp at Willowbank Raceway and push around a race car in the pits.
She gets to help me at work, "Here, hold this while I weld it." Or, "Hold onto this bit while I cut it with the oxy."
She has small hands and skinny arms, so she gets to help me work on cars too. "Stick your arm right up in there and hold this bolt for me please, while I tighten this."
Up until recently, she was also the second strongest in the household. That meant she also got to help with lifting all the heavy stuff too.

I think it's because I spoil her so much by allowing her to do all this, that I don't feel guilty when she cooks and cleans for me. I think it's only fair that she does

She's one lucky gal. She's been lucky since We were 14  ;D (Actually, she was much older. She had just turned 15)
With enough horse power, sheer ignorance and a total lack of respect for your vehicle, you'll get through....

Well, here we go.....

1. She loves camping and is the reason we got into it
2. She did all the work when she gave birth to our daughter
3. She is always the sober driver, even when I have a work function or I'm at my mates place
4. She put up with 2 deployments over seas, one for 9 months and the other for 6 months
5. She puts up with me!!!
Cheers

Hi,
44 years ago we went on our honeymoon on a motorbike and camped in a little 2 man tent.

She is one in a million.

MIL was horrified; her poor daughter!

Only been with the boss for 8 years, but the first date was camping, and is only gotten better...

1) Said yes to marrying me
2) Celebrated not only our engagement, but also our honeymoon off camping with friends..
3) She puts up with me
4) Has got herself through a really debilitating illness this year, and is determined to come through it and re-start her life, as hard as it has been (<-- this one, utterly proud of my missus for this)
5) Has allowed me to upgrade the camper with sunroom and new fridge past few months.
6 thru 10) She puts up with me
We've swapped from the camper to a van yay! :)
